Medical Cannabis Hearing At the Capitol, This Monday

Monday is an important day at the Oklahoma State Capitol. Rep. Jon Echols & Rep. Scott Fetgatter will be hearing from several advocates & leaders in the Medical Marijuana public policy and industry.   It's an important opportunity to hear from the new director of the OMMA.   There will also be some very good messages supporting the treatment innovations and new studies on pain management.

Processing Woes Are Prevented With Written Agreements

GROWERS AND PROCESSORS!!!! For the love of all things, please, I beg of you, stop doing processing on splits/tolls without a written agreement. All you are doing by not having a contract is creating a situation where I will end up being rich having to either prosecute or defend lawsuits. I would prefer not to have to do that.
